Top 10 OSHA Violations for 2013

OSHA listed the top 10 most frequently cited standards in fiscal year 2013. Most carried over from the 2012 list, with some rising higher and others falling. Fall Protection repeated as the #1 violation as did HazCom violations at #2. OSHA has put a lot of attention on HazCom since it revised the standard in 2012 to align with the United Nations Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
