O.E. Meyer Relocates Toledo-Area Branch
Sandusky, OH — O.E. Meyer Company relocated its Maumee, OH, branch to Perrysburg on the outskirts of Toledo. The 9,000 sq. ft. facility adds propane filling capabilities, with a 30,000-gallon propane tank and a high-speed filling system. A 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse provides additional room for inventory and leaves space to fill liquids down the road. “At the Maumee facility, we were in a just-in-time mode because of lack of storage space,” says O.E. Meyer President Craig Wood. “We outgrew the facility, so we decided to design and build our own. Our efficiencies have gone through the roof. The new facility is going to make us much more effective in the Toledo market.”
